Finally, today, my friend and digital collaborator got these pages together to connect me and my work with my clients, and others whose journey includes me. I don't know that I'll be posting a lot on this blog - time will tell - but we created it so that you can share your thoughts and comments about our experiences together.

My work with Ada Citron has unquestionably changed my life for the better. The Core Methodology has helped me find a healthier, more aware sense of self and has brought a deep clarity and emotional stability to my everyday life. Ada has been an invaluable life coach and mentor for me. Her way of approaching things spiritually, intuitively, compassionately, and intellectually is truly special.
I have also participated in retreats with Ada and gotten to know the community of intelligent, successful, self-aware people who also work with her. Her retreats are profound experiences that explore different sides of our psyche (exploring the Masculine, Feminine, Inner Child, and more) and have opened my awareness to facets of myself that have helped me be a more well-rounded and balanced person.
She guided me intensively when I needed it, so that I can thrive independently now that I have the tools I’ve learned about through my work with her. I would highly recommend Ada’s guidance to anybody looking for emotional and spiritual growth in any aspect.

Ada's Core Methodology Inner Child Dialogue Coaching with me over the past few years has literally transformed my life.
I can't state strongly enough how healing, meaningful and useful it is. I recommend her work to all the people I care about.

Ada Citron is an amazing coach and teacher. I've worked with her for the past 10 years, and continue to work with her, both one on one and in group workshops. Ada has helped me to achieve personal and professional goals, some of which I never could have realized without the gift of her guidance. She is intuitive, kind, organized, thorough, incredibly smart, and someone you certainly want in your corner cheering you on. I highly recommend Ada, either one on one, or in a group setting. She is excellent for body, mind, and spirit.

Specific to the Inner Child Core Methodology:
The Inner Child Core Methodology that Ada teaches is an incredibly powerful gift for anyone who chooses to receive it. It has helped me to take deep-rooted negative memories from childhood and turn them around to positively affect the way I now live, the way I work, and the way I parent. My personal and professional development are exponentially greater than I could have ever imagined them to be because of Ada's expert guidance and Core Methodology teaching.

Specific to the Masculine/Feminine/Group Experience:
Ada's group work is brilliant and beautiful. Being a part of it for the last 10 years has made my life so much richer. And as that group community flourishes, so do its individual members. We listen to each other, we support each other, we understand each other. And we grow and move forward together. The individual work I do with Ada is made only that much better by being a part of her group.

As a writer and single mother, I'm in my first year of working with Ada using The Core Methodology Approach to Healing. We have yet to meet in person (our sessions are primarily via Skype, as I'm in California), but this has not detracted from the intimate, effective exchange Ada provides. She is at once astute and generous with her insight, and approaches our practice with respect and determination. I am blessed to have found her!

I have worked with Ada, studying Chi Kung, Taoist Meditation, and Yamuna Body Rolling for 17 years now.
I feel I have a better understanding of my emotions and better body mind connection; very much fewer aches and pains than 17 years ago!
From her teachings, I have developed tools to address my emotional and physical problems.
I can trust Ada, as a Chi Kung Instructor, to make sure that we don't get hurt learning new moves, and that we understand what each move or posture should feel like, so we can do it correctly and get most benefit out of it.

My few experiences with therapists have been uncomfortably clinical or ultimately ended undesirably. However, my sessions with Ada have been a completely different experience. Ada is caring, confident in her therapy style, and most importantly listens and responds.
When I first started with Ada, I had recently gone through a very difficult time in my personal life. Ada carefully listened and crafted a way to explore and understand the emotions that I was going through. Not just recovery and comfort, but exploration and direction using her Core Methodology approach.
Over the past year, I have become more focused on my goals in life, more in control of my emotions, and feel that I have become a more free and open healthy adult. I never knew that would be a possibility in my life.
Choosing Ada’s friendship and counsel has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I can’t recommend Ada enough.
