Claiming The Masculine This Workshop for Women is the first in a series of five workshops that are designed to explore and integrate our Feminine (Yin) and Masculine (Yang) aspects. It's a day long exploration of the use of language as a way to penetrate the world. Intentions are made. We address anger and how to express and transform that emotion.
A journey of examining the masculine figures in your life leads to a deeper understanding of how to access your own Masculine (Animus). Exercises and meditations are part of the day.

Celebrating the Feminine
A weekend workshop at Ada's Retreat center focusing on mothering, nurturing, connecting deeply with the Earth, sexuality and artistic expression. Healthy meals, according to the Blood Type Diet, are provided along with a big dose of "Healthy Mothering."
Integration Intensive
An eight day retreat in which we live outdoors and develop leadership skills. This group journey provides an opportunity for self-expression that is absolutely unique and fully empowering.
Core Methodology Groups for Men Already in My Practice
A 1- hour group opportunity for men to explore the next level of growth using The Core Methodology. This group is limited to clients who are in my practice.
Remote Inner Child Group Classes for Women OR Men
For new clients: Using the group format to accelerate learning, these classes introduce and teach The Core Methodology and are a powerful and effective way to be introduced to the work.
Inner Child Weekend Retreats for Women
At my Retreat Center near Kingston, NY, women who are in my practice are invited to go deeper into their relationship with their Inner Child in a group experience.
